These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ReportingGPT, operated by justReporting GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (“we”, “us”).
Nature of the Service
ReportingGPT is an on-demand advisory service under §\u00a02 Abs.\u00a02 WPO. It is not a software license. Professional auditor liability (§\u00a054a WPO) applies to all services rendered. Auditor confidentiality under §\u00a0203 StGB applies.
Permitted use
You may use ReportingGPT solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (i) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or its AI components; (ii) use the Service to process data you do not have the right to process; (iii) resell or sublicense access to the Service.
Intellectual property
All IP rights in the Service, including prompt logic, AI architecture, and review methodology, belong to justReporting GmbH WPG. You retain all rights in your uploaded documents. We do not claim any rights in your reports or review outputs.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute review outputs as a competing service.
Anti-scraping
Automated access, scraping, crawling, or extraction of content from ReportingGPT is strictly prohibited. This includes use of the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate third-party AI models.
Limitation of liability
ReportingGPT provides analytical support – not legal or regulatory compliance advice. Comments generated are AI-assisted and do not constitute a formal audit opinion. Users remain responsible for the final content of their sustainability reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
